About Computer Repair: The mission of the Computer Repair group is to provide professional service, on a billed basis for both University departments, and for Faculty/Staff and Students personal equipment. We also services computers from outside of the university. Rutgers Computer Repair is Authorized to repair under warranty *- Customer may supply parts for installation; fee applies only to working systems. If the client’s data is not recoverable the fee may be waived in some circumstances; please call for more information. All minimum charges and Carry-In Service fees are due when the system is accepted for service; any additional charges are due when the repair is complete. Equipment left in-shop for 60 days past notification that service is complete will be considered abandoned and sold or discarded. |
